Text messaging (SMS)

JK Closing Attorneys sends text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, in one of these ways:

Signing up on our text message updates page (jkclosings.com/sms-opt-in.html) and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default;
Checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box when starting a chat on our website;
Checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box when placing an order on, or signing up through the Text Us page of, our quitclaim deed website (quitclaimdeedlawyerflorida.com); or
Texting us first at (660) 228-6767, in which case we reply to your messages.

Our text messages relate to your real estate transaction, such as closing status updates, scheduling, document requests, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance or call (954) 779-5000.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with title companies, lenders, escrow agents, and other parties directly involved in your transaction, and as required by law or to protect our legal rights. This sharing never includes your mobile phone number for marketing purposes, or your text messaging opt-in data and consent.

Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request that we stop other communications by contacting us using the information below.
