Nicholas M. Fiorello, Esq. handles matters related to real estate closings including buyer and seller representations and title-related matters, as well as ancillary matters such as preparing quitclaim deeds and entity formation.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas worked as an attorney handling matters related to business litigation and complex international corporate transactions for a Fort Lauderdale law firm.
Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he regularly made the Dean's List and served as both a Junior Associate and Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review. He was involved with the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, a member of the Environmental Law Society, and served as a Research Assistant. He was selected for publication in Volume 42 of the Nova Law Review publication series.
During his time off, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, son Brooks, and their dog, as well as improving his golf game and enjoying his season tickets to Inter Miami.
